Meet the Orthodontist
Dr. Imad Shammaa
Dr. Shammaa is devoted to providing quality personal orthodontic care. His treatment approach combines the most innovative techniques and state-of-the-art appliances and equipment. He enjoys creating long-term relationships with his patients and their families.
Dr. Shammaa received his Dental Medicine Doctrine degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1993), and his postgraduate certificate and master's degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from West Virginia University (1998).
Dr. Shammaa is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the West Virginia Association of Orthodontists, the West Virginia Dental Association and other professional organizations.
Dr. Shammaa and his wife, Dana, have three boys, Maher, Kareem, and Danny, and a newborn daughter, Maya. Dr. Shammaa’s favorite pastimes include playing soccer with his friends and being actively involved in supporting and watching his children’s extracurricular activities.
